Monster Bash and Cirqus Voltaire. Both are very nice looking but for sheer beauty (pinball style) nothing beats Elvira Scared Stiff - click on the thumbnail and make special note of the tasteful back glass:

The Joust machine is actually a MAME cabinet (multiple arcade machine emulator) and is capable of playing a bunch of the 70s and 80s classic arcade games.
